Jennifer Starks is the Owner of J. Starks Painting & Design, founded in Baltimore, Maryland. J. Starks Painting & Design has expanded and now services the Baltimore Metro and Dallas Ft. Worth regions.
Jennifer is a skilled tradeswoman with a career spanning over 20 years in the painting and construction fields. Through customer referrals, she built a client base and started J. Starks Painting Co. in 2003, now J. Starks Painting and Design LLC. She credits her success to her attention to detail. Having worked in all avenues of the painting trade including, 12 years as a union painter, various paint departments, paint maker and mixer, Jennifer is well versed in the tools and materials required to deliver a quality job. With continued education, Jennifer stays abreast of popular paint colors and current design trends.
